		<description>Networking is a great way for anyone, regardless of where they are in their career, to improve themselves and renew their interests.  Networking has helped me (introvert!) meet some wonderful people and learn new ways of thinking about things.  Had I started networking, as you have, when I first started in HR, there&#039;s no telling where I&#039;d be.
