		<description>Great point Ben.  I&#039;ve been telling my coworkers about Twitter and they do just like you said - laugh.  But I haven&#039;t shown them why it&#039;s valuable to me and how it can be valuable to them and HR in general.  I think I&#039;m so busy defending this area of SM that I don&#039;t do a good enough job of showing the how and why.  Not anymore!</description>
