Great idea Steve and Ben. Carolina really “hits the nail on the head” so to speak. You obviously get it and that is evident by your statement, “it’s the process that creates the value and the connections.” I will be sharing this post with quite a few colleagues. Awesome job!

I like the part about the process creating the most value as well. So true! Writing out your thoughts on a topic can really make you think twice and clarify your position.
