not that i recommend it all that much, was a little dry.  but

it is true that in the process of defining &quot;leadership skills&quot; this tends to focus on what a leader should be and do as opposed to discussing what a follower is and how best to manage them.  sort of like teaching a matador a lot of fancy moves without ever discussing what really motivates and interests a bull.
