So you think you’re pretty transparent with your recruiting process, right? You claim that your culture is an environment that people really enjoy.
So prove it.
Let’s be honest for a second. How confident are you in your culture?
Are you so confident in your staff’s commitment to the culture that you would set an interview candidate loose in your office or cube farm to talk one-on-one with random employees about what the work environment is truly like? Would you take off the “filter” and let them have an interaction that is unstructured, unplanned, and unpredictable?
Would you let them ask your staff these 14 questions to see if they are a fit for your company corporate culture?
I’m really interested in giving this a try. It’s really nothing more than just grabbing a random employee and asking them to talk with the person behind closed doors for 5 minutes about their own experience with the company.
Anyone else willing to give it a shot? I’d love to hear from someone who has!
