    Hi Ben, I’m a HR professional based out of India. I have an Engineering degree in Technology and started out as a Computer Engineer. Few years down the line, I shifted to HR after taking Extension studies courses from India and UCLA online. With a total of 9yrs experience with over a half in HR, I want to get certified now. I see that there is an international certification from HRCI that doesn’t include US Employment laws. What is your two cents on how HRCI/SHRM certifications are values in India or Asia?
